High attrition of staff and clients leads to instability and a sense of fear in the office. Ended up laying most people off after I left. Would recommend anyone to think about an offer from Otter and make sure you get a good base as they will not raise it whilst you work...Read More

AE need to take a lot of responsibility pre & post sale to ensure customer success. Management very shrewd, easily executes lay offs and changes strategy quickly.
