The base is good and the wider business has good culture. Unfortunately EMEA has poor leadership and middle management in new business. Unfair distribution of territories and poor career development. You can make a lot sometimes if you are lucky. Or not. So feast or famine. No clear direction with new business and do not understand it takes time to build a new book of business. Also the current solution is more land and expand. Which makes the enterprise quotas unachievable.

Business model is not working, hence numerous rounds of layoffs. The company today is not the company two years ago anymore, everything is different
