They have the wrong people in leadership and it shows. Under-qualified management and a complete new C-suite after a huge layoff... things are uncertain for UKG and losing deals in an overly saturated market.

Great pay, free benefits, 45% 401k match, generous RSU’s. Implementation and support issues are concerning. Also in a weird spot where we do too much to partner with an “ERP,” but we don’t have financials so we aren’t an ERP
