My experience at UKG has been overwhelmingly positive. I’ve been given a ton of opportunity to develop and move up in leadership quickly in the organization. There are some lingering challenges from the merger and our continued growth. Those who take the challenges head on are rewarded.

Great culture and a lot of autonomy. The product is very powerful, yet very clunky and not designed to sell into mid-market.
