Great culture and a lot of autonomy. The product is very powerful, yet very clunky and not designed to sell into mid-market. The implementation times are very long and unsophisticated buyers find the product a little daunting. Additionally, the CRM management is absolutely the worst. So hard to do your job effectively with the processes they have in place for updating SF (name changes, account assignments, creating new leads, etc.). Also, the lead generation is horrible and doesn't make sense. Again, great company to work for, but with the merger, there are a lot of bugs to work out.

UKG has gone hill over the years as they try to go public they have been devaluing the people that work there with mass layoffs and limited sales opportunities.

Given all the tools necessary to be successful in a BDR role. Not a clear path to AE and company does not typically promote from within although there are programs being put in place to address this.
