Current Employee My experience at UKG was okay overall, but I felt the company doesn’t genuinely prioritize employee well-being. Many managers are very cutthroat, and collaboration often takes a back seat to competition. Despite the brand’s people-focused messaging, the internal culture felt disconnected from that mission. I often felt isolated and unsupported in my role, which made it hard to feel engaged or valued.
