My initial experience of the Kronos organisation was positive, but the post-merger company deteriorated into a small-minded company, fixated on short-term thinking, run by second-rate managers. It quickly proved to be a nightmare. Would never recommend working there to anyone.

My overall experience was okay. On a new team where we are building out the sales process and messaging. Lots of autonomy, but difficult to learn when there’s little history.

The benefits and comp plan is very rewarding but that’s about it. Very political company that keeps you if they like you. Promotions are based off who management likes more and reps are let go based on the relationship they have with leadership. The sales process in the SMB space does not work and service for clients is awful.
