From a sales perspective, things seem on the upswing since the new leadership team took over in July 2024. For my specific group, there’s still little opportunity flow or professional development training, but things we’re asking for of our direct leaders are getting pushed forward which is nice to see

The ability to hit plan declined significantly with new leadership in 2024. They ruined what was a fantastic opportunity and role.

UKG says that their purpose is people, but it's really purpose is Profits. They have leadership that makes rash decisions and as for sales, its full of the rumor mill and they created targets that are difficult to reach. Quotes have increased by 50% year by year. In 2020 an average quota was 1.5 Million - in 2024 the quota is 3.6 Million
