Historically a wonderful place to work. For most years I have far exceeded my OTE. However, new leadership is a concern. Cultures is no longer what is was. Micro-managing is becoming the new norm.

Ultimate software (pre merger) seemed to be the best place to go prior to becoming UKG. UKG has a great product, good benefits, however still has a very startup feel post merger - a lot of moving parts that don’t speak to each other yet…

Not a pleasant experience for me. My hiring manager left on my first day and I just had a bad experience. I still believe there is opportunity there.
