Lots of attrition. New logo sales reps are expected to have higher amounts of cold calls vs the BDR job description. The compensation can be great but the amount of work is immense and most of the top performers have a favorable territory.

Great base but you are expected to know everything as soon as you join. Leadership is big on favoritism.

My overall experience was okay. On a new team where we are building out the sales process and messaging. Lots of autonomy, but difficult to learn when there’s little history.
