My experience has to do with the NYC area specifically Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. To be honest there was not enough support from upper management and the training was done by yourself. Great company with great benefits but they pay their sales reps ~15+ less base salary than the competition. Incentive/ Commission compensation was convoluted, it did not reward top performers, and also underpaid reps at roughly 10%+ less than the competition. Leads are primarily given to small package reps not SCS reps.
