Good place to learn sales. But they push you hard and try to get the absolute most out of you and squeeze extra work out of you and sometimes results in you earning less commissions rather incentivizing you to try to earn as many commissions as possible like a true sales org.

Good product, good resources, and some great managers. Huge organization, requires political acumen to move up, and teams/quotas are highly dependent on geo and region. Overall I enjoyed my time at Uber.
