My experience at Ubereats was very stressfull. The amount of the workload coupled with the pay structure was appalling for anyone who had been in the sales industry for as long as I have been. None of the managers knew how to do the role and the expectations they had were completely unattainable. At best we were putting in 50-60 hrs of work to get a $40k salary. When other sales positions with the same amount of work had reps starting at 60k and not it being OTE.

Ok not great. Company is so massive. If you’re not part of a team that attributes to most of Uber’s success (rides + restaurants) you’re pretty much left in the dark with any product changes that happen. You’re at the mercy of what Uber wants to do and you never know when they’re going to implement change.
