Uber was a great place to grow as a salesperson. Strong training, data-driven tools, and a competitive culture pushed me to perform at a high level and achieve top results in my territory. The fast pace and frequent strategy shifts were challenging, but they taught me adaptability and resilience. Overall, it’s a high-pressure but rewarding environment where you can quickly build strong sales skills.

My experience was a solid 3 out of 5. The support from upper management isn't as present as they think it is. Our GM doesn't have good people skills, yet preaches culture and transparencey.
