Current Employee Unrealistic quotas for way below industry average pay - company is trying to get everything in the org operating in the same manner from quotas to KPI expectations which is totally unrealistic since globally our operations are completely different country to country let alone when you compare the different territories in the US - / this latest re-org this past May took the growing momentum we worked so hard to generate the past few years and somehow managed to destroy the progress we have made over the years almost over night - the processes in place are extremely inefficient - more so now then ever in the past- company has quit focusing on growth and innovation goals which has allowed our top competitor to continue to grow at a rapid rate / gain CP in key markets making it even tougher now to compete - if they don’t change things quickly, they’ll never be able to catch up
