The turnover is high so they dont spend too much time training for new hires. If you really want to succeed you will have to seek out top performers and figure out what they do. if you dont learn fast enough they will get rid of you. Very fast paced as well since it is a monthly quota.

Really enjoy being at Uber so far. Team and culture are great, flexible with hybrid environment and the competition is fun. A lot of upside and excitement on the sales floor and bringing the best restaurants to Uber Eats!
