There’s “unlimited pto” but if you’re not on track to hit quota every month , you get put on a coaching plan which gets you a month away from being fired if you miss your numbers. Despite being tracked monthly, you’re only paid quarterly with a low base salary. It’s almost impossible to take off time without being fired unless your are over performing highly, which most people aren’t.

My experience was a solid 3 out of 5. The support from upper management isn't as present as they think it is. Our GM doesn't have good people skills, yet preaches culture and transparencey.

The majority of my tenure has been loaded with opportunities to grow and stretch. I made an internal move and it has been an awful experience - It's like working for two completely different companies. It really saddens me, as I was very invested in the success of the org. I have learned that they are not nearly as invested in me as an employee.
