Udacity was a great experience but could never really figure out their go-to-market approach, organizational strategy, pricing structure. Lacked a lot of necessary resources (marketing, engineering). Lots of layoffs made it tough to feel like you had the tools to be successful in sales. Tons of leadership changes throughout my tenure. Brand name is growing but still does not compete with the other upskilling platforms available.

Way overpriced and poor business ROI. Good luck selling it, even tougher getting a renewal.

Good for the first year but by the 2nd year, the cracks were showing. Leadership turnover, no one hitting quota and a product in a saturated space
