Been here for less than a year but have seen a lot of change. Combination of significant layoff as well as some leaders leaving on their own. Company culture is good but would be better if sales people were hitting.

- Too many constant changes without good enough communication. - Communication between departments and teams is terrible. - Estaff changes every few months - High expectations from sales leaders (who haven't sold anything in years) without real incentive or support to achieve goals

My overall experience with Udemy is that they are well-positioned for growth but sales leadership is top heavy with changing objectives and quotas are unattainable for the current market.
