Overall my experience at Udemy Business was good. The product had great brand recognition and product market fit. In terms of what Udemy could work on is better pay (no salary increase in over 2 years) and also limited career progression for a learning company that is pretty poor.

Leadership will never understand that reps who get lucky inbound deals are the ones who hit quota. 90% of reps here are top tier, but per usual, get treated as if they don't know how to close deals when they have an off quarter
