Your success at Udemy is determined bu luck, and the percentage of people who get lucky is right at the same percentage of people who hit quota ~5% on an annual basis - aside from the commercial team who is doing well

Leadership will never understand that reps who get lucky inbound deals are the ones who hit quota. 90% of reps here are top tier, but per usual, get treated as if they don't know how to close deals when they have an off quarter

Fantastic people and culture. As revenue slows, the more micromanaged we have become. You spend more time updating SFDC than working deals. Hitting target is very difficult at the moment. Regions are unfairly distributed across reps. 1 person works one huge region alone, while 6 others work 1 region.
