Great compensation laid back environment. Must be a self starter. There is no enablement. Getting promoted will not be easy it’s all seniority based.

Overall good experience. Comp is higher than average based on my perception. Company is hitting headwinds, as all companies are, and is smartly consolidating around the “agentic” message. Due to its very large install base, it may reap benefits of the focus on AI Agents.

Territories varied widely and changed unexpectedly. Some territories could crush it with 1 account, while others needed to grow 10+ accounts to get close to quota
