Bad and unfair compensation- P& L with punishment at churn(adds 1:1 on your target on top). Very high targets almost impossible to achieve in P&L mode. For renewals not compensated, but punished at churn. Most of Management is more numbers crunching than business development.

CEO Rob Enslin has improved a good company. Previous managers in sales were not prepared for larger deals or longer sales cycles. The past year has been very invigorating with product, market fit and sales leadership all being greatly improved. Been hear for 3 years and very optimistic about next year for sellers.

Great compensation laid back environment. Must be a self starter. There is no enablement. Getting promoted will not be easy it’s all seniority based.
