My overall experience here was negative. There were significant challenges related to adequately supporting AEs and account managers with resources necessary to meet targets. Significant misalignment on employee comp compared to managers in account management roles. Significant lack of values among leadership team.

The culture is great. Everyone there enjoys being around each other. The benefits are great and people have fun at work. It takes a long time to get promoted from a BDR role (sometimes 2 years).
