Current Employee2.4Jul 14, 2025Bad and unfair compensation- P& L with punishment at churn(adds 1:1 on your target on top). Very high targets almost impossible to achieve in P&L mode. For renewals not compensated, but punished at churn. Most of Management is more numbers crunching than business development.
