It’s slowly getting worse on the compensation part. They are adding more responsibilities without increasing commission at least.

If getting into sales is your goal this is the only time I would recommend this role. Your base pay is weak and the amount of plans to get over your goals are crazy and compensation is not good at all. But have great benefits and 401k plan.

My overall experience was negative. Base pay is low, and the insurance is terrible, which is hilarious considering its a health insurance company. Low opportunity for advancement. My overall experience was OK. I worked there for 19 years and saw many changes over time. I achieved the most when leadership and the incentive compensation program were strong. Things changed over time and incentive comp was reduced, leadership and culture were lacking and there was no room for advancement so I left.
