When times are good, they are good. When they are bad, they're bad. A lot of this is out of your control based off the climate and financial stability of the country. Good company when things are going well.

Overall a solid company to work for but it all depends on location and the mid level management who oversees said area. Compensation could be much better but that will not change until regulations change around non-compete contracts.
