The role is territory-based, starting with prospecting new opportunities and eventually shifting to managing established accounts. It's a stable position but requires a self-starter mindset. The role involves minimal meetings and requires creative problem-solving. Since customers often rent from multiple providers due to limited equipment availability, you may sell a customer and not have what they need. Much of the job is spent finding solutions and fulfilling orders with the existing fleet.
