Great product and teams on the front line. Extremely poor leadership with senior leaders talking down to individuals and barely providing any support or value add but existing as "VPs" to ask about your numbers with no intention to add value in any form of shape. Middle management hit and miss and most times can be explained perfectly by the "Peter Principle"

Overall good company with great benefits and fun work culture, but getting increasingly more difficult to hit your number. Crowded market with a growing team is a tough combination.

My overall experience was very positive. The org is a great stepping stone to get “at-bats” and really develop as a sales person. The company is now doing high growth and whenever that happens, it’s important to be mindful of how practical it will be to hit your number and make money.
