Great people and leadership who truly care, but tough place to sell. CMMS market is pretty saturated + feature parity across competitors. Quota attainment is pretty low with only a few top reps having any success. Things seem to be on up and up with product getting better but tbd.

The product had a lot of potential and the existing customers absolutely loved it. There was a lot of inbound lead flow at the time and their marketing team and customer success team were very good. The only problem is that they don’t invest money into their sales team at all. They are very risk-averse and because of that, their potential to grow is limited.

Overall, the company is just a mess. Product has stood still for too long, angering customers, and leading to a lot of competitive loss. Executives are too cheap to invest in anything. Quota for SMB reps is pretty much $50k/mo and MM is $60k/mo. Top AE only hit 50% in Q1, and there are harsh decelerators, so there is no upside.
