Great product-market-fit, compensation, and people. Culture took a dip after the merger, core values changed. For a while, there were too many employees, account teams were unnecessarily crowded. A revolving door of leadership, initiative, and convictions made it feel like UT lost their way a bit, but there's still tons of good people in the organization.

The business had not adjusted their compensation package from their high growth period per acquisition by Thoma Bravo. Globals Account Teams where expected to sell 25% growth and only paid on growth but expected to manage the renewal. As a leader our hands where tied. Your team could save a $600,000 downgrade on a renewal due to low usage and not get comp’Ed anything...Read More
