Great product-market-fit, compensation, and people. Culture took a dip after the merger, core values changed. For a while, there were too many employees, account teams were unnecessarily crowded. A revolving door of leadership, initiative, and convictions made it feel like UT lost their way a bit, but there's still tons of good people in the organization.

My overall experience was great up until the merger of UserZoom and UserTesting. The combination froze the market and therefore froze the opportunity.

Targets have been not adjusted to new economic environment or market situation. Leadership did not support AEs but rather ducked their heads and requested to work more or harder instead of offering valuable advice. GTM strategy was completely off for the environment
