TB wiped out 60% of employees in 3 layoffs. Not just trimming the fat but removing too performers who were paid two high. They promoted the junior hard workers with marginal increases and title changes and gave them larger BOB to manage as they prepare to flip the business. Lipstick on a pig would be accurate at this point.
