I find there are a lot of competencies were lacking strength that should be tablestakes at an organization that's been in operation and previously public for over 16 years.

Former Employee2.4Feb 27, 2025UserTesting was a great company until merging with UserZoom. The new comp plans are terrible. Leadership is clueless ever since they lost Bruce, David, Andy, etc. Still have friends left there and they are all miserable and eager to find new roles

Current Employee4.3Sep 12, 2025Pretty terrible leadership here. Expansion is doing alright, but the new business team is no where close to quotas, top perform is at 35% through 3 quarters. No enterprise demand, and people are closing $40k deals, not real enterprise deals. CRO is so far removed and is not open to even listening about what we are going through.
