Pretty terrible leadership here. Expansion is doing alright, but the new business team is no where close to quotas, top perform is at 35% through 3 quarters. No enterprise demand, and people are closing $40k deals, not real enterprise deals. CRO is so far removed and is not open to even listening about what we are going through. I would not come to UserTesting and I can't wait to get out.

The new sales SVP that came over from UserZoom is brining a bad sales culture that is built around submission and consistent white lies. A very big departure from the old UT sales cultures. Some tough times through the merger but things are getting better. New leadership is making the right moves in sales and product. I’m a bit concerned about marketing though.
