Current Employee Formerly an incredible place to work. Acquisition by TB (+ merger with UserZoom) has left many of us exhausted and burnt out. Constant (painful) change ever since...
-GTM leadership = revolving door
-C-suite = almost all new to the space + think their ideas are going to save the company, but are practically all things we've done/tried before
-Comp plans are ridiculously confusing + many perks have been cut
-Inbounds are practically nonexistent these days
-Primarily unmotivated GTM workforce - people are just hanging out and collecting pay checks, which negatively impacts the people actually trying to get things done + succeed, adding to our burnout; but PIPs have just recently come into play so this is (hopefully?) changing
-Support from CS is practically nonexistent - they are not incentivized to help the seller renew or upsell
Pros:
-Base salaries tend to be competitive
-Remote + unlimited PTO + great health insurance
-While there are many complacent people, most ICs are generally kind and there are some diamonds in the rough!
Although it's not necessarily fun anymore, I do think there's light at the end of the tunnel. I just don't know how long the tunnel is...
