Former Employee3.7Apr 16, 2025Overall it was generally a good experience — could be better and could be worse in some respects.
Former Employee2.4Oct 27, 2025The organization has been having a difficult time setting and meeting quotas. Product has been behind in delivering on promised features. Frequent change in leadership causes chaos and leads to unclear direction and rapidly changing goals and priorities. Not much support from sales or product - left to fend for yourself to problem solve most of the time.

Former Employee4.3Jan 17, 2025Great product-market-fit, compensation, and people. Culture took a dip after the merger, core values changed. For a while, there were too many employees, account teams were unnecessarily crowded. A revolving door of leadership, initiative, and convictions made it feel like UT lost their way a bit, but there's still tons of good people in the organization.
