The organization has been having a difficult time setting and meeting quotas. Product has been behind in delivering on promised features. Frequent change in leadership causes chaos and leads to unclear direction and rapidly changing goals and priorities. Not much support from sales or product - left to fend for yourself to problem solve most of the time.

Overall experience has been good. Great people to work with. Collaborative teams from solutions consultants, research consultants, CSM's, etc. Reshaping the product offering which has created more opportunity for sellers. True product market fit but other competitors are creeping in.

Just like in an Irvin Welsh book:- When you think it couldn't get any worse - it does. Endless layoffs, terrible treatment of staff. Very negative culture.
