I saw the culture change A LOT from 2016-2023. Management started to treat employees as disposable. Compensation was far better if you came in from the outside. Former colleagues who stayed or boomeranged are very unhappy at this point (2025).

Company is going through massive changes with their product offering. Sales team structure has changed dramatically. Unless you are a tenured rep with a large book of business it is hard in SMB and Mid Market. Q3 and Q4 will be extremely tough to hit quota.

As an AE at DocuSign, some much of your success was territory based. DocuSign based territories on geography within verticals while keeping quotas the same for everyone so whoever got plus territories killed it and others languished.

Before 2023, the company's growth was on steroids and the people celebrate wins on daily basis. There was a strong sense of friendship and confidence. Post 2023, market changed, leadership shake up, product innovation slowed down.
