VC3 has a strong product and delivers solid IT and cybersecurity solutions. From a client perspective, there’s real value in what the company provides. Internally, the sales department is highly disorganized. In my time here, there’s been significant leadership turnover, including the Chief Sales Officer and multiple Regional Vice Presidents. Top-performing salespeople have been recruited from other companies with promises of $400,000 to $500,000 in annual earnings. Those numbers have never been met. The support, structure, and territory development simply are not in place to make that happen. Many reps have taken steep pay cuts compared to their previous roles. A new Chief Revenue Officer has stepped in, and while there’s talk of change, it’s too early to tell what that will look like or if it will address the core issues. I hope things improve. There are talented people here, and the product deserves better alignment with the sales process. If you’re considering VC3 for the income potential being pitched, be cautious. The company is not currently equipped to support those goals. Based on what I’ve seen, I would not recommend joining the sales team at this time.
