Quota Attainment across divisions at VMware still looks pretty strong on here? Whats the environment really like right now? I'd assume attainment is difficult given the general market headwinds? Maybe certain teams are still finding success?

You work the leads, you schedule 2+ calls with customers daily, 1 call with resellers tiday, you keep your pipeline tidy, and you'll hit quota.  The environment is fine for those keeping their nose down and doing the work.

Reps are hitting their numbers and the switch to sub/SaaS is tracking with customers.  The established products  work very well and scale in the large enterprise much better than much of the competition. SMB may be a struggle as it seems that it won’t be as much of a focus.
