The company is headed into difficulty if CEO keeps his head in the clouds. They need to remove ALL of the project business, but they just keep trying to have two feet in two boats. They should be a 40-person team running an online B2C company. Plus, everything is made offshore which spells death with the tariffs. It was a really good company for several years, but the CEO is an ideas man, not a function man, and it's time for him to move on. Also, they fired all the women and people of color from top leadership positions. When asked about it, they said "we hire for best fit, so as soon as some of the women and people of color are proven to be the best fit, we'll be happy to have them in leadership roles" which reeks of the racism and sexism I've been smelling for 8 years.

Low Base, but for those hitting over 2 to 3 million a year, our compensation for bonuses were very limited, typically averaging less than 3% of your annual sales.

I have enjoyed the pathway up to sales executive, but there's not a lot of room up from there. The culture is fantastic, as long as you get a good regional sales director.
