Low Base, but for those hitting over 2 to 3 million a year, our compensation for bonuses were very limited, typically averaging less than 3% of your annual sales.

The company is headed into difficulty if CEO keeps his head in the clouds. They need to remove ALL of the project business, but they just keep trying to have two feet in two boats.
