No GTM strategy, not a single leader can articulate what our business development strategy is. The business model has failed and at this point they are fighting for survival. No captains to steer the ship. Customer churn is everywhere. Employee attrition is common. The market does not care about NDR, let alone Vectra. “Leaders” have put in writing that we are fighting for survival at this point but still selfishly hiring thinking that IC’s can single handedly solve a business problem that has existed since 2011.
