Current Employee VP team picks and chooses what deals their field works while the field doesn’t understand basics about product, GTM, how to write quotes and are all around incompetent.
It’s a total headache, manager passive aggressive and has alienated entire team.
After layoffs last year no pay bumps and I barely made annual goal by being lucky.
Used to be much better but is shifting from large start up to successful soon to be publicly traded company so it’s getting more cuttthroat.
Inside sales manager also promoted from outside inside sales team over giving her own team an opportunity for the role. Huge slap in the face.
