Former Employee4.0Oct 2, 2025Personally I worked at Oracle, Salesforce before this and this was the best tech job I've ever had. Management was amazing, the only downside is towards the end they hired a new VP and it started really really sucking.

Former Employee2.1Jun 11, 2025Culture has taken a nose dive since the AMER GM took over. PIPs are handed out like candy. Customers are mad because their reps keep churning. Front line management tries and are great but have no support from anyone above them. Directors and above act like you're a number and provide no value or guidance or even both interacting with the reps.

Current Employee3.3May 2, 2024In 2024 Veeam is moving from a subscription software only business to selling saas/ backup-aaS. The changes are a bit half baked and the product has a long way to go before it’s properly competitive. Massive increase in target, 50% growth on 20% of the territory after the split.
