If you value having clear, defined goals, coaching/teaching opportunities, and a leadership team that’s invested in the success of their individual sellers, this is not the place for you. If you like the whiplash of having the entire sales org’s focus and direction changed every 2-3 months being on an island you will thrive here.

Been great even though. This is a very competitive market and downward pressure from investors inevitably forcing to constant re organization and riffs. Not for faint hearted and you will have to work you butt off.
