Honestly, My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. From the hiring process and all of the new people that have been hired with me. Although, I have not been with the company too long, I do recognize a good leadership team and the direction they are taking product dev and realistic view of the business. The competitive landscape is incredibly crowded at the moment but we do have an opportunity to do something special here but this role will require a ton of hard work and lots of effort with creating your own pipeline.

Been great even though. This is a very competitive market and downward pressure from investors inevitably forcing to constant re organization and riffs. Not for faint hearted and you will have to work you butt off.
