Do not work here. Fire within 2 months of missing quota. No one on my team knew there quota except me, despite most tenure person on team being there over a year. Tumultuous leadership changes. Extreme micromanagement.

Okay sales org that wants to be like ADP, however they buy up so many small companies so fast, their internal structure is crumbling. Extremely toxic sales culture. My overall experience at this company was traumatic. The company lacks structure, qualified leadership, and culture. Very toxic, micromanaging dictatorship style.
