Former Employee BAIT AND SWITCH. DO NOT ACCEPT A JOB HERE. Sincere and honest review.
Not to yell but just wanted to make that clear. I am a veteran in the HR space and can say this is nothing short of malpractice. I had a head hunter reach out to me as I was top producer at a competitor. Initially declined their first offer but after negotiation I decided to make the move. A sales cycle here is 45days and they decided to part ways with me after 80… if I take out the weekends and required training hours I only worked there for 44days. I wasn’t supposed to carry quota for another 2months, then BOOM. “We’ve decided to cut ties with you” after having built a pipeline and brought in my exterior partners.
I wasn’t going to write something like this until I realized over 40% of the training class had already been let go. It’s a gross pattern of a merger and acquisitions company. They make you feel special while writing a number on your back. Simply put… don’t fall for the money and don’t waste your time on the 4-5 interviews
