The product and service are truly pretty terrible. PrismHR as a back-end platform, even when Vensure acquired them, left A LOT to be desired. Unless the customer is coming from little to no tech platform for payroll, insurance, or other PEO-related services, or is super old school in general with software, it was a terrible product and service teams are always changing. Not to mention they run payroll out of Columbia vs. US-based employees, half of which don't understand complex payroll compliance, especially in complex situations. Super old school, i.e., excel spreadsheets when salesforce was in play, want in-office, a lot of sales leadership are old school payroll company people and it shows in their methods and sales training. Can't recommend selling here at all, unless you were some of the early sales reps a few years ago that had all your relationships / leads funneled to you. Otherwise, not much is given from an inbound standpoint.

My overall experience at this company was traumatic. The company lacks structure, qualified leadership, and culture. Very toxic, micromanaging dictatorship style. You have no voice or control over your deals. Also, they gives leads and promotions over how much you’re liked than merits. Only the reps who inherited channel partners closes high volumes. Do not work here. Fire within 2 months of missing quota. No one on my team knew there quota except me, despite most tenure person on team being there over a year. Tumultuous leadership changes. Extreme micromanagement.
